Services

Our services

Support should fit the person. Not the other way around.

TWINSS provides individualized, relationship-based supports for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities throughout Maryland’s Eastern and Central Regions.

More than coverage.Support with purpose.

Every service begins with the person: how they communicate, what matters to them, where they feel most comfortable, and what they want their life to include.

We build small, consistent teams around real goals and real relationships. Support may look different from one person to the next—because people are different.

Services are authorized.
Relationships are built.

A service authorization tells us what support is available. It does not tell us everything we need to know about a person. We listen, observe, ask better questions, and learn what good support looks like in that individual’s life.

How we begin

A thoughtful start makes better support possible.

01

Listen

We start with a real conversation about the person, their goals, communication, routines, relationships, support needs, and what is or is not working now.

02

Build

We consider fit, staffing, training, scheduling, and the small details that help a support relationship feel safe, respectful, and dependable.

03

Adjust

Good support is responsive. We keep communicating, learn from experience, and make thoughtful adjustments as needs, goals, and circumstances change.

Let’s talk about what support could look like.

Whether you are a person seeking services, a family member, a Coordinator of Community Services, or a Support Broker, we’re happy to begin with an honest conversation.
