03What services does TWINSS provide?
TWINSS provides Personal Supports, Enhanced Personal Supports, Community Development Services, and Respite. We do not provide residential services.
04How do I know which service is right?
A person’s authorized services are identified through their Person-Centered Plan and applicable funding approval. We can discuss practical differences and work collaboratively with the person and their chosen team.
05Are you accepting new people?
Capacity depends on location, schedule, needs, authorized services, and whether we can build the right team. If we cannot responsibly meet the need, we will say so honestly.
06Can families be involved in choosing staff?
We believe the person receiving support should have a meaningful voice in who enters their life. When appropriate and authorized, the person and chosen family or team members may participate in identifying a good match.
07How does TWINSS match DSPs with people?
We consider experience, training, personality, communication style, interests, schedule, location, and the qualities that help the person feel comfortable and well supported.
